Leconte Hotel & Convention Center, Ascend Hotel Collection features beautifully landscaped grounds, providing a peaceful oasis. The contemporary design complemented by warm, inviting decor made it easy to navigate, especially for us seniors enjoying our stay.

Elevator service was slow at times.

The location is great, just off the main strip but quiet. However, the breakfast could use a few more options, and the pillows were flat. The pool area is enjoyable, and the staff was accommodating and friendly during our stay. Overall, a solid choice for families.

The stay at Leconte Hotel was enjoyable. The indoor pool provided a great place for the kids to play. I loved the spacious room setup with a full kitchenette, perfect for preparing snacks. Housekeeping kept everything clean, which I appreciated. The breakfast had some good options, but the area felt cramped during peak times. The elevator was painfully slow, especially when busy. It made getting to our room a bit frustrating at times. All in all, a pleasant stay despite those minor hiccups.

the stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations, especially after my last trip to pigeon forge. the spacious studio with two queen beds had a fantastic kitchen setup and a comfortable sofa bed. the indoor pool was well-maintained, and the hot breakfast options were delicious!

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, just a short drive away. The hotel's surroundings were perfect for relaxation, with a lovely fountain and large fields for outdoor fun. It's super clean and the staff is helpful. Don't miss the breakfast!

The only downside was the tricky air conditioning in the room. It didn't cool the bedroom as well as we wanted initially, but it was manageable in the end.

The location was perfect for attending the Jeep Invasion, and the room was adequate for our needs. The pool was fantastic, offering both indoor and outdoor options. However, we arrived to a shower that had long hairs in it, which made us uncomfortable. Plus, housekeeping entered our room despite the do-not-disturb sign being on the door. Overall, a good stay but could use some improvements.

The nearby dining scene was a culinary delight! Just a brisk walk away, I hit up Alamo Steak House – a true southern gem that made my taste buds dance. Mad Dog's Creamery was the cherry on top with their ice cream paradise! Plus, the heated lazy river was an absolute winner for family fun.

On check-out day, housekeeping knocked a bit too early and lingered like they were waiting for a bus. Made for a rushed vibe while we were packing up. Next time, it's a do-not-disturb sign all the way!

That air conditioning could really use a revamp!!! !!! It felt like a sauna at times!!! Plus, the elevator service was a nightmare during peak hours!!! Waiting forever just to get to my room is not my idea of fun!!!

The room was spacious with a full kitchenette. The lazy river and hot tubs were fantastic. Our stay included breakfast, which was a nice touch. Location was convenient to Dollywood. a great experience for our family with children. 👍
